Looking for reliable storage unit management software

I run a small self storage facility about 120 units for a few years now, and the manual tracking + spreadsheets method is officially wearing thin and I think it's finally time to move to a proper management software setup because things are getting easier to miss, I'm looking for something that's straightforward, cloud based preferably, with solid customer support, I don't need 100 features I'll never use, but I want online payments, auto invoicing, and maybe some basic reporting and gate control integration.
I'd really appreciate hearing what anyone here has gone with, what you like (or don't like), and what to watch out for, there are so many options out there, and it's tough to know which ones are actually worth the cost

I've done plenty of research on this for myself and as far as I was able to understand, storage commander or sitelink are the best for this. I do have to point out that this is based on research, so I have no hands on experience with either

A firm I know switched to storagepug about a year ago and I think it's been good for them, I'll confirm from my home guy, but I haven't heard any bad reviews or whatsoever from them regarding the software switch

check out SiteLink Web Edition, it's a big player in the industry.
It's super robust and integrates with almost everything, including almost any gate system. The 'straightforward' part might be a slight learning curve because it can do so much, but if you stick to the basics, it's solid. Their reporting is excellent.
