DigiGate 700 for storage facility

hi, hoping someone out there can help me with this!

My family runs a storage facility down in Boston, Massachusetts, and we're in a bit of a pickle.

We use the PTI Access Control DigiGate 700 system, and it's been rock solid for us.

The problem is, we're setting up a new computer at the front desk, and we've completely misplaced our DigiGate 700 installation disc for Windows. It's like it vanished into thin air!

We've torn the office apart looking for it, but no luck. Does anyone happen to know where or how we might be able to find one of these? Or maybe if there's a digital download available somewhere that we're just not seeing?

Any pointers or help would be massively appreciated. TIA!

Some things just go missing exactly when you need them!
Anyway, I think it's best that you contact PTI Security Systems directly.
They're the manufacturer and are committed to supporting their products, even legacy ones!
You'll likely need to provide them with your system's serial number or some form of proof of ownership to get the correct installation files.
Check their contact information on their official website.
Their customer support team should be able to help you out with a replacement disc or a digital download!

If you can't find the original installation disc, have you tried reaching out directly to PTI Security or your local distributor to see if they'll provide a digital copy or license replacement?

Hey @sugarplum, you’re on the right track. Your best bet is contacting PTI Security directly. Make sure you have your system’s serial number or proof of ownership handy. They should be able to send a replacement disc or a digital download so you can get your new computer up and running without any headaches.
