Our 5x10 non-climate units are nearly gone, and I'm debating a price increase before they fully run out. Right now, they're at $70/month, but with demand up and not much left in that size, I'm thinking $75 or even $80 wouldn't scare our customers off. Has anyone else here adjusted pricing mid-month when supply dips? Do customers push back?

Bumping the price when inventory's tight is pretty common, and $5 to $10 won't likely raise eyebrows, if competitors are full or priced higher, doing it mid month is fine as long as you're clear it's for new rentals only

My concern would be customer perception, raising prices mid-month might feel unfair, especially to long-term renters. Even a small increase can trigger frustration if not handled carefully with clear communication and timing.
